 Yao Zu is a mountain minority in south. They have lived in the mountain area since Sui and Tang Dynasty. They mainly lived in Yunnan, Guangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Guizhou, Jiangxi province. The branches of Yao Zu are Pan Yao, Guoshan Yao, Dingban Yao, Hualan Yao, Baiku Yao, Landing Yao, Tong Yao Bapai Yao etc. After the new china establish, they all are named Yao minority. Yao Zu has its own language but hasn’t their own character. |
In order to build the Yao Zu theme tourism, Yao zu Theme Park admits many Yao’s program that had been invited to act in Beijing, Shanghai, Hongkong and Singapore. For example, the religious art “Stepping on the blade” and “Fire burns the body”.
